Jeff Dorow

Jeff Dorow, one of the founders of Lifetime Benefits Group, has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry.  He received his BA from the University of Rhode Island in 1990.  Prior to starting Lifetime Benefits Group, Jeff worked as an Account Executive for Matthew Thornton Health Plan, responsible for new business sales in NH.  He also worked for US Healthcare (new business sales in MA and NH) and Lutheran Brotherhood (individual life and disability insurance sales).

Jeff currently serves on the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Freedom Plan broker advisory boards, and previously served on the Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NH broker advisory board. Outside of his full-time profession, Jeff has worked weekends for the Ski Patrol Department at Waterville Valley Resort in NH.

Mike O’Malley

Mike O’Malley, co-founder of Lifetime Benefits Group, has worked in the employee benefits industry for over 25 years.  Mike has worked for various health insurance carriers including Fallon Health Care, Matthew Thornton Health Plan and Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Hampshire.  As the Broker Relations Manager at Matthew Thornton Health Plan, Mike worked with key brokerage firms to ensure the partnership between the HMO and the broker community remained strong.  His experience working with the highly successful firms served as a foundation and a modeling tool for his own success as a broker.  He currently serves on the board of directors for the New Hampshire Association of Health Insurance Underwriters and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts and a Masters in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Stacey Gadwah

Stacey Gadwah serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant at LBG. She has 20+ years in customer service and provides high-level administrative support by helping to ensure client satisfaction with company services, preparing statistical reports, researching requests for business needs, receiving visitors, preparing correspondence, and scheduling meetings. She graduated SNHU with a BS in Business Management, along with an AS in Marketing from NHTI. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an ardent cat lover!
